Hello Frank,

Congratulations, your new website is really great. Not only the content, but also the design. Well done!

Here is my mailbag question for you...

On a scale from 1 to 10, how different would your own version of an X-Files revival have been, compared to what we've gotten with seasons 10 and 11? Of course, with 1 meaning "very little to no difference" and 10 meaning "completely different in many ways".

You don't need to be specific or elaborate, just picking a number would be sufficient.

Looking forward to your answer, and would really love to see it on your site.

Thank you for your time, and best wishes for the future.

Regards,
Demijan

Ha! Great question, but I'm afraid it's not really possible to answer. If I had been involved in the X-Files revival it would have been in collaboration with Chris Carter, so I'm certain many of his ideas that found their way to the screen still would have been there. But I did have some strong ideas and opinions of my own, so I'm equally certain that had I been involved the story would have inevitably taken a different path. I am hugely disappointed that I didn't get the chance to work on it. My collaboration with Chris on The X-Files has been one of the great joys of my life, and it would have been a thrill to work with him and the cast again and to revisit that world and those wonderful characters.
